kitbash for my comic book.

this is a 1:35 scale plastic model using parts from Tamiya, Revell, and Trumpeter models. it depicts a vehicle from my fictional comic storyverse.

"The AG6 was designed to transport and provide support for Republican infantry sections. Armored to resist up to 17mm cannon fire, and designed to partially deflect mine explosions, it is intended to provide front-line support-by-fire for other elements.

It mounts a 105mm low-velocity tank gun, suitable for taking out soft and hard targets, but is ineffective against heavier armor. Mounted co-axially to the main gun is an 8mm medium machinegun.

Additionally, and most curiously, it mounts a remote-controlled .50 machinegun, which is operated by a mechanically-linked optical rangefinder slaved to the main gun; the primary gun sight for the cannon also serves as the sight for the remote turret. It can also be fired manually through an override switch, though the position required for this exposes the crew. The crew must also be exposed to reload the gun's external box magazine.

All in all, a problematic and mechanically delicate system that was nevertheless quite advanced for its time."

Looks like an M1128 MGS.
That's a Stryker with, I think, a 120mm gun as opposed to a ma-deuce.

a stryker MGS has a 105mm L7 cannon for its main armament, not an M2. you're thinking of the vanilla stryker, which only has the machinegun.

and for the purposes of my fictional world, this vehicle "mounts a 105mm low-velocity tank gun", much like the real MGS. same purpose, different universe.
